AFTER BOARD APPROVAL

FINAL STEPS:

• Once you are officially approved by the coop Board, you must schedule your move-in date with the management office – Sally Ensmann, assistant property manager or Michael Canberg, Property Manager.  Their phone # is (201) 865-6000.  They are open Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, and to 7:00pm on Tuesdays. They will discuss all details with you regarding moving arrangements, any final fees due to the building, etc.
  
  
• You can make direct arrangements with them for your garage parking, gym membership if desired, and login information for BuildingLink, the online building communication system. 
  
  
• Your proof of tenant’s insurance is due prior to move-in. Note, this is not for Troy Towers but for your landlord, so please provide proof of insurance to Hudson View Realty which we will forward to the landlord. If you don’t have a local insurance company and would like a referral, you can try the Hugo Gonzalez Agency for State Farm in Hoboken, NJ.  Their # is (201) 795-0004.  You can mention that I referred you; they do a lot of business in Troy Towers. 
  
  
• Note, once you start your garage parking agreement (note, they don’t pro-rate so whatever time of the month you commence, they’ll charge you the full month) – please provide a copy of the garage parking contract to your new landlord. Troy Towers will bill your landlord for it, so your garage parking fee will be added to the monthly rent.
  
  
• If you join the gym, you must likewise provide a copy of your gym contract to your landlord and add the fee to your next rent.
  
  
• Please call me at Hudson View Realty before your scheduled move-in date to arrange for keys to the apartment to be left for you and any other final details.
