Administrative Position Available, Part-Time

Do you delight in details? Are you a nut for numbers? Do you command your computer? Find phone contact fun? Hudson View Realty is seeking a quality part-time assistant to anchor our office, provide sales support and help keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities include file and record-keeping, mail processing, telephone and Internet research, data entry, maintaining supplies and office equipment, greeting visitors, preparing spreadsheets and flyers, assisting broker and agents with special projects, and handing various business and personal errands both on and off-site. Hours flexible according to duties.

Our ideal assistant will have at least two years general office experience, solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge or aptitude to learn database and other programs, telephone and interpersonal savvy, a self-starting and energetic demeanor, pleasant and positive attitude, and good sense of humor. Website, graphics, and accounting skills would be a plus. Real estate license desired but not necessary. Bilingual a plus.
