About Paula Brown

Paula Brown started her career in marketing, advertising, and promotion in the entertainment and broadcasting industries. Over the course of two decades she ascended the ranks of such major companies as CBS Records, NBC Radio, and USA Cable Networks, handling creative development and production of print, radio, and television image promotion and garnering numerous broadcast industry awards. Paula also handled substantial budget and staff accountability and has extensive experience and training in market research and effectiveness.

In 1998, after a brief period of early semi-retirement, Paula began dabbling in real estate, starting as a rental specialist in New York City and writing/producing real estate websites. Having bought and sold three personal coop unit properties, Paula began using her knowledge and experience to quickly become expert in marketing and selling coops and condos in Manhattan. Applying her patience and ability to explain the intricacies of cooperative ownership along with her accumulated marketing and advertising savvy, Paula successfully completed 20 coop unit sales during her first two years in the market.

As a long-time resident shareholder of the Troy Towers cooperative in Union City, Paula thought it wise to seek a New Jersey real estate license to take advantage of possible incremental business in her own community. Within two years, her efforts had proven so successful she had to gradually wean off her daily New York City business. Since 2002, Paula has sold more than 100 units in Troy Towers as well as a dozen other coops and condos in Hudson County, making her uniquely expert in the area of luxury high-rise and other high-end property with New York City views, aptly fulfilling her company image as Hudson View Realty.

Hudson View Realty is located on-site at Troy Towers, 380 Mountain Road, Union City, NJ, and provides full buyer, seller, and leasing brokerage and management services to its clients. Paula Brown continues to maintain a New York real estate broker license as well.
